The Victorian government has promised a major investment in the country’s scariest holiday decorations.
It is due to be completed in 2023 and will be decorated with creepy hallowen-themed decorations.
The government will also fund the creation of new indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate the hallowens in the future.
The Victorian Government has promised to spend $6.8 million on Halloween decorations for 2021, but the first year will be a challenge for the public to get used to the hallows.
The first Halloween decorations were unveiled at a press conference in 2018.
The Victoria government has been working on the decorations since the early 2000s.
There were only eight hallowess decorations for the 2017 Christmas celebrations, according to the ABC.
But the Victorian Government says the new decorations will be made of 100 per cent recycled material and cost $3,200 each.
The State Government also announced in February that it will spend $2 million on the first Halloween decoration in 2021.
Victoria’s Halloween decorations are made of recycled materials and cost a total of $3.1 million.
The new decorations, unveiled at the Victorian government’s Halloween celebration in 2017, were made of wood, cardboard and polyethylene.

The park will host a variety of Halloween activities, including haunted house rides and haunted carnivals.
The state government has also announced a $500 million Christmas fund to fund the new hallowes.
Halloween decorations will not be made at Christmas 2018.
“The Victorian Government will not make any more Halloween decorations than they already have,” a Victorian Government spokesperson said.
“Our Christmas Fund has been the biggest in Victorian history and we expect the first Christmas of 2021 will be another big hit.”
A major investment is being made in Victorian Halloween decorations, with the first annual budget coming into effect on December 1, 2021.
“We will continue to work with the Victorian Halloween community to ensure they can enjoy their favourite holiday of all time.”
The Victorian Halloween Party will take place in Melbourne on December 12, 2021.
