The New York Times reported on Monday that the most popular Christmas decorations in 2017 were the gingerbread houses.
The newspaper said that a whopping 83 percent of respondents said they would consider decorating their homes with gingerbread, the New York Post reported.
That number is higher than the 63 percent of the people surveyed who said they wanted to decorate their home with white, the Post reported, citing data from Pew Research Center.
The New Year’s Eve celebration in 2017 was the first in which more than 90 percent of Americans were aware that the New Year was a new year.
Many Americans have expressed excitement about the new year and the first time they would get to participate in a celebration with friends and family.
The Times reported that a majority of Americans believe it is important for people to celebrate the new season with friends, family and neighbors.
But the pollsters also found that most Americans want to know where the best places to celebrate Christmas are.
A plurality of people said that “in the suburbs” is their favorite place to celebrate.
“The more you know, the better,” the pollster’s report said.
